INFORMATION WE COLLECT

SAILFISH PTE. LTD. is committed to protecting your privacy. Our guiding principle toward data collection is to collect only the minimal data required to operate a world-class VPN service at scale. We want you to understand what information we collect, what we don't collect, and how we collect, use, and store information. We do not collect logs of your activity, including no logging of browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries. We also never store connection logs, i.e., no logs of your IP address, your outgoing VPN IP address, connection timestamp, or session duration. We designed our systems not to have sensitive data about you; even when compelled, we cannot provide data that we do not possess.

This Privacy Policy describes how SAILFISH PTE. LTD. and its affiliates ("SAILFISH," "we," "our" or "us") collect, use, and share information in connection with your use of our websites (including vpnmaster.ilinkio.com), services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") does not apply to information you may process when using our Services.

a. Personal Information.

We DO NOT collect Personal Information. “Personal Information” is information that identifies you or another person, such as your first name and last name, physical addresses, email addresses, telephone, fax, SSN, information stored within your device.

b. Non-personal Information.

We collect your non-personal information when you visit our website or apps, including your device information (device ID excluded), operation system.

We DO NOT use your non-personal information (meaning information that, by itself, does not identify who you are such as device information) for targeted online marketing through tools like Facebook Custom Audience to contact interested parties.

We DO NOT use or share VPN IP or usage data (i.e. network activity).

c. Information you provide.

We may collect your information when you communicate with us or you give us.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

a. Personal Information.

We DO NOT store Personal Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Information.

b. Non-Personal Information.

We DO NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your information.

We DO NOT combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number).

We follow a strict vetting process prior to engaging any service provider or working with any partner. We use third parties to help us operate and improve our services. These third parties assist us with various tasks, including data hosting and maintenance, analytics, marketing, advertising and security operations. These service providers may have limited access to your information, which is needed to perform their functions but is not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes. For example, we use your non-personal information (meaning information that, by itself, does not identify who you are such as device information) for targeted online marketing through tools like Facebook Custom Audience to contact interested parties.

c. Legal Reasons

We will access, use or disclose your information with other organizations or entities for reasons that required by any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; detect, prevent, or otherwise fraud, security or technical issues; protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of us, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

SECURITY

We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.

Our VPN service providers may have limited access to your information, which is needed to perform their functions but is not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes. We do not log and prohibit our VPN service providers from logging, your internet browsing activities when you use our VPN.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION

We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.

YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to limitations in applicable law, you are entitled to object to or request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data, and to request access to, rectification, erasure, and portability of your own Personal Data. Where the use of your information is based on consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
